Images where the character is incredibly fat, even moreso than body-type:overweight. The bounds are slightly different depending if the character is feral or anthro. For anthro characters, this can be tagged for characters that are extremely fat (what we would consider morbidly obese), even if still in the realm of possibility. For feral characters, only tag this to characters that are fat outside of the realm of possibility
